Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love what you get from us. But if something goes wrong, here’s how we roll:
1. When Packages Boomerang Back (Courier Returns)
Sometimes your order just… doesn’t make it. If the delivery can’t happen for reasons like:

  • Wrong/incomplete address

  • You weren’t reachable

  • Cash on delivery (COD) not ready

  • Door closed, office shut, or you asked for later delivery

  • Bad weather is messing things up

  • You refused delivery

…the package comes back to us.
💡 We’ll store it for 90 days from the date it’s marked “returned.” You can ask us to send it again to any address at that time. After that, it’s gone from our warehouse.
If the pincode becomes undeliverable after you place the order, we can’t take the blame — no refunds in that case.
2. Reshipping an Order
Want your returned order again?

  • Ping us within 90 days

  • We’ll re-ship it (you might need to cover the extra shipping if it’s not our fault)

3. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Products
Even with quality checks, accidents happen.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or totally different from what you ordered:

  • Let us know within 5 days of delivery at our e-mail id: help@warriorstripes.in

  • Send us clear pics + unboxing video (yep, record that unwrapping moment)

  • Show the packaging too — it helps us file claims

Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to refund or replace the item.
4. Size & “Oops, I Ordered Wrong” Returns

  • If you ordered the wrong size or just changed your mind, we can still help — but it’ll be at your expense.

  • No refunds in this case, but you can place a fresh order.

5. Lost in Transit
If your order vanishes into delivery limbo and the tracking says “lost,” we’ll refund you.
6. Color Disclaimer
Colors may look slightly different IRL than on your screen. That’s just how digital printing works. If you’re super particular about shades, order a test piece first.
7. Damage During Unpacking

  • Be careful while opening your package — if you slice the fabric with scissors, that’s on you.

  • If the package arrives visibly damaged, tell the delivery person and have it noted before signing.

⚡ TL;DR:
Keep your address right, record your unboxing, and don’t ghost your delivery. We’ve got your back for genuine issues — but we also gotta keep things fair.
